Fwiw, I bought 4 5"casters from them on zon in 2014 for a project that I eventually disassembled in 2018, the casters worked perfectly, very high quality. They have been sitting since though until the next project for them. I bought their 4" casters in 2019, they have been excellent, got bunch of them at that time for me and my friends, they've had no complaints also. I'm gonna stock up on this size also

Of course, the point of casters is moving things, and all of the rest of that is rarely the case.
So I usually assume that safe max load capacity is roughly 1/4 whatever the set is rated at. Maybe 1/3 at the most, when using the full set and being reasonably careful with weight distribution. And if failure would cost too much, spend more for better casters, especially ones of some type that raise the wheels to lock, so there's no or at most minimal chance of a stationary failure mode.
